Leadership development that changes how your managers actually lead

Most leadership training disappears within six weeks. Ours sticks because we work inside your real problems, with your real team, over months. Based in Québec City, we coach mid-level and senior managers through the hard parts of leading people.

How a program unfolds

1

Diagnostic interviews

We talk to you, your direct reports, and two or three peers. These 45-minute conversations reveal the specific friction points: where decisions stall, where communication breaks, where trust runs thin. No generic surveys.

2

Custom program design

From the diagnostic, we build a 12- or 24-week plan that targets your gaps. A team struggling with delegation gets different work than one struggling with conflict. Every session has a concrete deliverable the participant brings back to their desk.

3

Coaching and workshops

We alternate between group workshops (four to eight people) and one-on-one coaching calls every two weeks. Group sessions run three hours. Coaching calls run 50 minutes. Between sessions, participants complete short assignments tied to live projects.

4

Progress review and handoff

At the midpoint and again at the end, we re-interview the same stakeholders from step one. You get a written comparison: what shifted, what still needs work, and a suggested maintenance rhythm so gains don't fade after the program ends.

What we offer

Each service can run independently or combine into a longer engagement. Pricing depends on group size, duration, and travel requirements within Quebec.

One-on-one executive coaching

Bi-weekly sessions over 16 to 24 weeks. We focus on the decisions keeping you up at night: restructuring a team, managing a difficult peer relationship, preparing for a board-level role. Each session ends with one action you commit to before the next call.

Team leadership workshops

Half-day or full-day sessions for groups of five to twelve. Topics include giving feedback that people actually hear, running meetings that produce decisions, and building accountability without micromanagement. We run these on-site at your office or at our Québec City space.

New-manager transition program

The first 90 days in a management role shape the next three years. This eight-week program pairs new managers with a coach and a structured playbook covering their first team meeting, their first performance conversation, and their first time saying no to a request from above.

Leadership culture assessment

A two-week deep dive into how leadership actually works inside your organization. We interview fifteen to twenty people across levels, analyze decision-making patterns, and deliver a 20-page report with five to seven prioritized recommendations. Useful before a restructure, a merger, or a strategic pivot.

Why we built this practice

Our founder spent eleven years managing engineering teams at two Québec-based companies before realizing that the leadership training she received never matched the problems she faced on Monday morning. The workshops were interesting. They just didn't transfer.

So she started designing programs differently. Shorter theory blocks. Longer practice blocks. Real scenarios from the participant's own week, not case studies from a textbook published in 2004. Coaching calls spaced close enough that momentum doesn't die between sessions.

Today, Leading Values Pro is a small team of four coaches, each with at least eight years of management experience in sectors ranging from healthcare to software to public infrastructure. We work primarily with organizations in Quebec, though we take remote engagements across Canada.

We are not consultants who hand you a binder. We are practitioners who sit beside you while you practice the hard conversations.

Common questions

Most programs run 12 to 24 weeks. A single workshop can be done in one day, but lasting behaviour change requires repetition and coaching over several months. We recommend at least 12 weeks for any engagement targeting measurable skill improvement.

Our programs are designed for people who manage other people. If you have a high-potential individual contributor preparing for a management role, the new-manager transition program is the right fit. We start working with them before they officially step into the role.

Yes. Three of our four coaches are fully bilingual. We deliver workshops and coaching in French, English, or a mix of both depending on what the group prefers. Written reports and materials are available in either language.

One-on-one coaching starts at $325 per session. Group workshops range from $2,800 to $5,500 per day depending on group size and preparation required. Full 12-week programs for a team of six typically land between $18,000 and $28,000. We provide a detailed quote after the diagnostic phase.

We interview the same stakeholders at the start and end of the program using a consistent set of questions. This gives us qualitative before-and-after data on specific behaviours: decision speed, communication clarity, team morale indicators. We also track self-reported confidence scores from participants at each session. The final report includes both datasets.
